Key changes to previous season
- Elite12 Rounds will be played in a different format that other grade with no Quarterfinals and maximum 4 matches including Gold medal match.
- Mandatory minimum VA Level1 Referee Accreditation for every top ref in all 3Star and 2Star grades. (one Level1 per team) Click HERE for Refereeing courses
- Recommendet VA Level2 Referee Accreditation for all 3Star Players and Level1 for 1Star and 0Star grades.
- Kidman Park and Mawson Lakes might be used as an overflow venue in case of Glenelg being at capacity.
- ALL 3star players must wear the official SABVS uniforms (can be a different colour) available only at the Valour online shop Volleyball SA Beach Program – Valour Sport) . All Other Grades have to wear any matching colour uniforms.
- Shorts / bottoms have to be of same colour for ALL grades. Styles can be different, example : Player A - Bikini bottom, Player B - shorts.
- ALL Futures grades reccommended to wear any matching uniform (matching bottom/shorts is recommended)
- Up to 2 Special Entries can be given into any 12team grade with Special Entries into Elite12 3Star grades will only be granted at the tournament director's discretion.
- SABVS Senior Championships 4Star Grade eligibility criteria: minimum participation in 4 SABVS rounds (can include SA Open). All other grade do not have eligibility criteria and a played on 1 day.
- The Rising Star Player Award to be confirmed.
- Entry Fees: SABVS Rounds $87.27 , SABVS Futures u15 Threes $65.45
