Key information
Event Venues
- All events will be held at Glenelg Beach (north of the Jetty) unless stated otherwise.
EVENT SCHEDULE
- SABVS Elite 12 3-Star and Challenger 2/1/0-Star combined Rounds will occur on Saturdays or Sundays as per the calendar. The first matches commence at 8am and the Gold medal matches are scheduled for 5pm. Draw templates can be found below in the SABVS overview.
- SABVS Futures 15s Threes Event times during the day and duration:
- Saturdays: 8.30am-1pm,
- Sundays: 12pm-5pm.
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS
- All teams are required to wear matching uniforms in all grades, including shorts/bikinis/bottoms of the same colour.
- Official VSA-SABVS tops and singlets are mandatory for Elite 12 3-Star only (they can be different colours) and can be purchased via the Valour online shop.
- All other grades do not have to wear the official VSA-SABVS uniform. Please allow for shipping time by ordering no later than the Wednesday before an event.
- Please note that there are no uniform requirements for 15s Threes Futures.

WILD CARD APPLICATION
- Teams may apply for a Wildcard to enter any Elite 12 and Challenger grades. This must be done in writing to the Series Director at shania.w@volleyballsa.com.au no later than the respective event nomination closure, and accompanied by the actual completed online nomination.
FUTURE 15S THREES NOMINATIONS:
- You can choose your grade preferences (competitive and beginner).
- Event times during the day and duration
- SABVS Saturdays: 8.30am-1pm,
- SABVS Sundays 12pm-5pm.
- Additional key information will be sent via email
REFEREE REQUIREMENTS
- The Top Referee of each match (one player per team) in Elite 12 and Challenger 2-Star must have a minimum VA Level 1 Referee accreditation.
