6 February 2026
Performance Our PeopleVolleyball South Australia (VSA) is proud to announce the extension of its long-standing partnership with Pelligra, who have signed on for a further two years, continuing through 2026 and 2027.
The renewed agreement builds on a successful partnership spanning 2022–2025, reinforcing Pelligra’s commitment as Naming Rights Partner of the Pelligra Adelaide Storm and the Pelligra SA Open.
The extension reflects the shared values between Pelligra and VSA: long-term vision, community impact, and the development of volleyball from grassroots through to elite competition.
The Pelligra SA Open has become a standout on the South Australian sporting calendar, attracting elite athletes, strong crowds, and national attention, while the Pelligra Adelaide Storm continues to represent the state with pride at the highest level of competition.
Steve Wren, Executive Manager Pelligra, said the organisation was proud to continue its support of volleyball in South Australia:
“On behalf of the Pelligra group we would like to extend our congratulations to the continuing success of Volleyball SA and the Adelaide Storm teams of which Pelligra is very proud to be the naming rights sponsor again for the next two years. The Pelligra SA Open at Glenelg was nothing short of sensational and we look forward to our continued support of this iconic event. Pelligra - Built for Generations and proudly supporting South Australian sport from grass roots to Elite”
Volleyball South Australia CEO, Karla Della Pietra, welcomed the extension and acknowledged the importance of long-term partnerships in strengthening the sport across the state:
““Extending our partnership with Pelligra for a further two years, bringing our collaboration to six years in total, is both meaningful and exciting for Volleyball South Australia. Pelligra’s continued support, especially as naming rights partner of the Pelligra SA Open and the Adelaide Storm, plays a critical role in growing volleyball across the state, from our major events through to high performance competitions and programs.”
With Pelligra’s support secured through to 2027, Volleyball South Australia looks forward to continuing to elevate its competitions and events, ensuring volleyball remains strong, visible, and accessible across the state
