
Cameron Zajer selected for U19 Australian Women's Beach Volleyball Team

Performance Our People Juniors CompetitiveVolleyball South Australia is incredibly proud to congratulate South Australian, Cameron Zajer, on her selection in the U19 Australian Women's Beach Volleyball Team.
Cameron, and her partner Jasmine Rayner (QLD), will be representing Australia in the U19 Asian Beach Volleyball Championships, held in Roi Et, Thailand.
The team will travel to Thailand on the 28th of April, and will then compete from the 1st - 5th May.
Cameron, who competes in both beach and indoor volleyball, had a very successful 2023, winning a silver medal at the Youth Commonwealth Games with partner Jasmine, and gold at the Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships with team South Australia. Her indoor career is just as impressive as her beach career, having competed with the Adelaide Storm in the 2023 Scape Australian Volleyball Super Leauge, helping them to a 4th place, as well as with her local club team USC Lion, helping them to a silver medal in the 2023 SA Volleyball League.
Cameron was also named Emerging Athlete of the Year at the Rebel South Australian Sports Awards, and MVP of the gold medal match at the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships, where she helped team SA to gold!
