FINLEY BENNETT SELECTED FOR U19 AUSTRALIAN MEN'S BEACH VOLLEYBALL TEAM

Volleyball South Australia is incredibly proud to congratulate South Australian, Finley Bennett, on his selection in the U19 Australian Men's Beach Volleyball Team.

Finley, and his partner Adam Fejes (NSW), will be representing Australia in the U19 Asian Beach Volleyball Championships, held in Roi Et, Thailand.

Finley, and 11 other National Team athletes are currently in a 4-day training camp, held at the South Australian Sports Institute in preparation for the tournament. The team will travel to Thailand on the 28th of April, beginning the competition on the 1st of May.

Finley has been training hard with a number of teams, across various competitons in the lead up to his selection, including finding great success in the SA Beach Volleyball Series, the annual SA Open and interstate competitions such as the Australian Junior and Senior Beach Volleyball Tour. Finley can also be seen competing with his club team USC Lion during the indoor season.

Finley has been a standout member of the South Australian Performance Pathway, Tier 2 program for a number of years, working closely with his coaches to achieve this goal and many others.
