Volleyball SA announces Head Coach of new VSA Academy

Volleyball South Australia is pleased to announce that Edwina McCarron has been appointed Head Coach of the new VSA Academy Program.

McCarron, a former player and coach with the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI), and former Head Coach with the Victorian Institute of Sport, has accepted the full time role coaching the new VSA Academy and is the perfect choice to guide young South Australian volleyball athletes to achieve their sporting goals. With the recent absorption of the SASI program into the Centre of Excellence (COE) National Beach Program, the formation of the new Academy has been a critical link to ensure strong pathways to National team representation.
