Volleyball SA will be holding two Level 1 Coaching Courses each year. The Courses run 9:00am - 5:00pm on a Sunday and are NCAS accredited. Check our news and events sections on the home page for your next course.

It is a prerequisite for our Level One Coaching Course that you complete the online theory units Australian Sports Commission Beginning Coaching General Principles here and the Play by the Rules course http://www.playbytherules.net.au/ here before participating in the course.
Topics Covered will include:
- Skill models: Digging, Setting, Spiking and Blocking
- Better Practice Models and Planning
- Game Play: Attack, Defense, Transition
- Roles of the Coach, and Better Coaching
We are also looking to hold a Level 2 Coaches Course. Stay tuned for more details.
Level One Volleyball Coaching Courses can be run at schools for a group of 10+ participants at a cost of $40 per participant.
