Courses
Volleyball SA will be holds 2 Level 1 Coaching Courses each year. The Courses run 9:00am - 5:00pm on a Sundays and are NCAS accredited. Check our news and events sections on the home page for your next course.
It is a prerequisite for our Level One Coaching Course that you complete the online theory units Australian Sports Commission Beginning Coaching General Principles here and the Play by the Rules Coaches Discrimination & Harassment Course here before participating in the course.
Topics Covered will include:
- Skill models: Digging, Setting, Spiking and Blocking
- Better Practice Models and Planning
- Game Play: Attack, Defense, Transition
- Roles of the Coach, and Better Coaching
